I recently started following your blog. I am also on a weight loss journey , down 67 pounds out of the 115 I want to lose. Anyways I always weigh on Mondays and Fridays mornings moving the scale around the bathroom floor till I get the same number 3 times. My scale is nothing fancy just a digital one from Target and it is 1 pound higher than my doctors scale ( having had a baby july 08 meant i weighed a whole lot on both scales).

I am enjoying your blog and want to encourage you to keep up the hard work. Everyday is a choice and challenge but picking a healthier road will pay off in the long run. Congrats on the lose watch!
